"Aussie on road trip and called in to buy chain oil. A top guy called Lance Rodman in the service area went “above and beyond “. Helped tighten chain slack and inflated my tires that were a bit low on air . The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m on a road trip across USA and you don’t get this service everywhere . Gave me exactly what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. Fast tracked me to the road, (which I also needed). Love the diggs from Gage, loved the gear he helped choose. Trust fell into, David he carried me and listened to my desires for the right bike. Held up our deal strong. Kursten expedited our process and put us on the road in no time. They have a nice lot for testing and inventory to quickly browse through and find what youre looking for. The building has been there forever, like the Longmire name here in the -PNW. Their efficient collaborated team did **SO** well, I had to show love and hit them right back with this review. **IF** you held strong through this review, Id recommend knowing what you want and come take a gander.
